Claiming Is Easy

We’re not into complicated procedures or long forms to fill out, so if you discover an identical garment at a lower price on another online designer store, simply send us an email with a link to the cheaper item and we will match the price. What could be easier?

If you have already purchased the item and then find it cheaper on another designer store, we’ll still match the price. You’ve got 7 days to email our team with a link to the cheaper item to qualify for our Price Match Promise.

Price Match Terms & Conditions

We like to play fair with our customers, so there are a few things to consider when submitting a claim:

• Our Price Match Promise applies to all the full priced designer clothing detailed on our website.
• The Kathryns Price Match Promise is valid against other online designer childrenswear stores in the UK
•  It does not cover eBay, Amazon, or items for sale on social media sites.
• To keep things simple, please ensure any items you are submitting a claim for are an exact comparison, including size and colour. The garment must also be in stock on the website you are claiming for.
